Chris Brown Returns To Twitter With Provocative Pic of Rihanna

Less than a week after abandoning Twitter following a profane verbal altercation with comedian and TV producer Jenny Johnson, Chris Brown returned to the service on Sunday with the latest in a string of provocative pictures of formerly and possibly current girlfriend Rihanna.

Brown made no comment about his hiatus from the service that has bedeviled him in the past
or about his return, but simply posted a black and white Instagram pic of himself with a satisfied look and a cigarette hanging out of his mouth as Rihanna lounged in the background in a bra and underwear, wrapped up in a camouflage blanket.

The caption of the picture was, “What would music today sound like if these kids didn’t exist?” At press time, Brown hadn’t posted any new tweets, and the only message on the page was, “Keep it here for all things Chris Brown, updates from the tour and more … #CarpeDiem.” The background of the page featured images from Brown’s current tour and noted that @chrisbrown hasn’t tweeted yet, with no links to his previous Twitter history.

Johnson issued a non-apology about the incident in a personal essay
posted by GQ magazine on Friday, in which she said she didn’t regret the incident, but had learned a lot from the ordeal, which resulted in several thousand death threats.

“This is not an apology. I just want to clear some things up,” Johnson began, summarizing what went down during the heated Twitter exchange.

She wrote that she assumed people would stop talking about her after a couple days — but they didn’t.

Are Chris Brown And Rihanna Dating? What You Can Learn From Their Pix

“I didn’t want attention from all of this,” she continued. “If I wanted attention, I would have accepted all of the invitations to be on shows and to actually give exclusive interviews, but I declined all of them. I didn’t think the thousands of (misspelled) death threats I got would have people thinking I saw myself as a victim, because I am NOT a victim of anything, nor have I ever thought I was (excluding the time I paid to see ‘The Village’). I’ve had people assume I dislike Chris Brown because I’m taking up for Rihanna, I’m not. I’m on the side of good, of equality and respect for my fellow woman. I was raised to not respect a person who doesn’t respect others. And one human being physically harming another human being is one of the most disrespectful acts there is. I have never been a victim of domestic abuse, nor was I raised in a house where there was abuse. I do, however, know people who have been victims of abuse by a so-called ‘loved one’ and I’ve seen the long term damage it does.”

The feud started after Brown tweeted a photo of himself with the caption, “I look old as f—! I’m only 23.” Johnson, who has been taking comedic pot shots at Brown online for several years since the singer pleaded guilty to felony assault on ex- (and seemingly once again) girlfriend Rihanna, responded with the comment, “I know! Being a worthless piece of sh– can really age a person.” Brown took the bait, leading to a vulgar exchange that included a threat to “shart” in Johnson’s mouth.

The essay came on the same day that XXL magazine released excerpts from a December/January cover story
with Brown in which the singer claimed he was trying to get his Twitter outbursts under control.

“I haven’t been as mature and thought out in the past, so, me growing now, it’s showing my progression,” said Brown of his difficulty in the past with keeping his cool
on social media. “I used to use my Twitter account to vent, but now I mostly use it for marketing and promotions.

Even if the media asks me something, if it’s cool then it’s, ‘What’s up?’ But if it’s anything that’s too negative, I don’t care to respond.”

Well, that was quick. It was only 6 days ago when we began to speculate about the length of Chris Brown‘s planned absence from Twitter (after his fallout with comedian Jenny Johnson) but never fear–he’s back. By Sunday morning (December 2) the singer had reactivated his account.

What he didn’t do though, was send out a tweet, so now his fans and critics wait patiently to see what comes next. Since he’s been unable to express himself via Twitter over the past few days, Brown has gone heavy with his Instagram usage instead. Rihanna has really taken the charge in terms of tweeting suggestive photos of the two, but he joined the fun today with a shot of them lounging, captioned, “What would music today sound like if these kids didn’t exist?”

In an interview conducted before his most recent Twitter beef, Brown seemed to have a good handle on things. “I haven’t been as mature and thought out in the past, so, me growing now, it’s showing my progression,” he told XXL. “I used to use my Twitter account to vent, but now I mostly use it for marketing and promotions. Even if the media asks me something, if it’s cool then it’s, ‘What’s up?’ But if it’s anything that’s too negative, I don’t care to respond.”

He said that he’s developed thicker skin over the past few years. “In the beginning, I used to be hot. I’m normal. I’m human, so if anybody says something that’s a lie, I’m numb to it. I’ve smartened up.”

What’s The Sex Of Wiz Khalifa And Amber Rose’s Baby?

[ video unavailable on this device ]

By Rob Markman

Wiz Khalifa and Amber Rose tried to keep their lips sealed on this one, but someone was bound to slip up sooner or later.

The expecting mother was celebrating her birthday on Sunday when she coyly dropped the news. “My friend Maria bought our Lil Boy this Slash onesie….. Oops did I say Lil Boy??? ,” Amber tweeted while sending an Instagram with the white onesie that featured an image of the iconic Guns Roses guitarist.

MTV News caught up with the Pittsburgh rap star on the red carpet for the 2012 BET Hip-Hop Awards and asked about the sex of the couple’s upcoming bundle of joy, but Wiz wouldn’t spill the beans. “I do know, but then [Amber] told us not to say yet. We’ll wait until she’s ready,” he told us.

No telling if the Twitter reveal was part of Amber’s plan, but what’s done is done.

Neither Khalifa nor Rose have revealed when the baby is due however, but they are fast preparing for the blessed event. One of the tasks at hand is choosing a name. “We’re working on it. You know how difficult that is,” he said with his patented Khalifa laugh. “But it’s all good, though. I let her have her way all the time; that’s my baby.”

The couple, who are engaged to be married, also appear on the October/November issue of XXL magazine. In the issue, Amber talks about her plans for a natural birth. “I’m so ready. I’m going all-natural. I’ve decided that I’m going to have an all-natural water birth. No medicine. I want those bragging rights,” Amber told the mag. “The next time Wiz has a stomachache or anything, I’ll say, ‘I popped out a baby all-natural.’ “

Is Wiz Khalifa And Amber Rose’s Baby A Boy Or Girl?

No telling if Wiz Khalifa and Amber Rose will lace their baby’s nursery with black and yellow, but it’s a safe bet that the lovebirds will use at least a hint of blue now that Mama Rose Bud let it slip that she is having a boy.

Are Wiz Khalifa And Amber Rose Having A Boy Or Girl?

Much of Wiz Khalifa and Amber Rose‘s relationship has played out in public, with the couple letting fans in on the intimate details of their personal lives, so we can’t be too mad if they choose to keep some things to themselves.

While he walked the red carpet for the 2012 BET Hip Hop Awards, the Taylor Gang captain told MTV News that theexpecting lovebirds know whether they’re having a boy or a girl — they’re just not ready to make the announcement yet.

“I do know, but then [Amber] told us not to say yet. We’ll wait until she’s ready,” he told MTV News, making sure to stick with the plan.

There is nothing that Khalifa won’t do for his pregnant bride-to-be. He’s even changed his marijuana habits. “I smoke outside instead of inside. Everything is all about smells, man. If the smell irritates her, then it gotta go,” he said.

Easing up on the smoke is a no-brainer, but picking a baby name might be just a little more work for Wiz and his boo. “We’re working on it. You know how difficult that is,” he said with his unmistakable Khalifa cackle. “But it’s all good, though. I let her have her way all the time; that’s my baby.”

Last week, it was revealed that the power couple will appear on the October/November cover of XXL magazine. The black-and-white cover image has a shirtless Wiz standing front and center while Rose, who is wearing a white tank and bikini bottoms, is draped over her man sporting a full baby bump.

Wiz Khalifa And Pregnant Amber Rose Get Close On XXL Cover

Wiz Khalifa  and Amber Rose confirmed that they’re expecting their first child on the VMAs red carpet, and now the engaged couple have found another big way to show off their love.

So many of hip-hop’s power couples choose to do their thing behind closed doors, but Wiz and Amber are definitely down with the PDA. Now, to further show the world their love, a shirtless Wiz and a very pregnant Amber chose to grace the cover of XXL Magazine’s October/November cover.

The striking black and white image, shot by Sarah McColgan, features a fully tatted Khalifa with his arm around Rose, who is wearing a white tank and bikini bottoms — belly on full display. On the inside, the lovebirds dish on their magic and their preparation for parenthood.

“The most important thing is knowing that she is there and I have to tend to my babies. This is my first child ever in life,” Wiz explained about the life changes he is planning to make. “I gotta go hard at everything. As hard as I go in the studio, I gotta go just as hard taking care of my baby and making sure she’s all right, and I’m spending time with her and she doesn’t feel neglected.”

These days, the weed-loving rapper is also more conscious of his cannabis habits. “I Take So Many Showers A Day Cuz Amb Cant Take The Smell Of Pot While Shes Pregnant. Anything For My Baby Tho ,” he tweeted on Wednesday. “Time To Get Washed And Go Rub Her Bacc.”

Most first-time mothers get a little nervous when it comes to childbirth, but Rose is all in. “I’m so ready. I’m going all-natural. I’ve decided that I’m going to have an all-natural water birth. No medicine. I want those bragging rights,” she exclaimed. “The next time Wiz has a stomachache or anything, I’ll say, ‘I popped out a baby all-natural.’”

The couple has come under criticism, especially when they first started dating. Many charged that the stately model and ex-girlfriend to Kanye West was merely out for a payday, but they shoot those notions down. Both Wiz and Amber are clearly into each other. “When I met Amber, she loved me for who I was. I had some money, but it was like to pay my bills and literally set myself up for a future. But I was wearing the same camo shorts and high-tops and Chucks,” he said. “But she liked my swag and she liked me for who I was and I wasn’t afraid of that.”

“I don’t look at him as a rapper,” Amber added. “I look at him as Cameron Thomaz, not even Wiz Khalifa. I just fell so deeply in love with him, I didn’t care what anyone says.”

XXL‘s October/November issue hits stands October 9.

Charles Hamilton And Eminem Connect In ‘Subconscious Realm’

Charles Hamilton’s July mixtape Ill Doesn’t Meen Classic included the single “I Don’t Care,” with production from Eminem and he reveals that he actually got to sit down and work with Em on the record, although it was a ”bargaining chip” from Interscope Records. Hamilton also says that he and Eminem stay in contact on a “subconscious” level.

The thing about that track is, it was part of a bargaining chip. The real war came down to Warner Bros. and Interscope,” Hamilton told MTV News. “Jimmy Iovine basically said, ‘Do you wanna work with Eminem?’ and I was said, ‘Sure.’ [But] I had my poker face on. I’m not gonna go, ‘Oh, goodie goodie!’ [But] I get to work with Em. I’ve publicly stated that he’s one of my favorite artists, so I went to work with him. [It was a] very cool situation.”

Instead of simply trading material via email, Hamilton sat down in the studio with the Shady Records CEO to craft the song. “He laid the drum pattern down, I played the instruments, wrote my lyrics, wrote the hook and did a piano solo,” he said, going on to reference the “Wayans Brothers” theme song. “We didn’t sit back like ‘We’re brothers! We’re happy and we’re singing and we’re colored!’ We were just cool. We had a very interesting conversation, and in that conversation, I had a decision to make, whether or not I’m going to take the road Em traveled or if I’m going to do my thing.”

After that conversation, Hamilton clearly chose to make his own path (“I definitely didn’t take the road Em took”), and when asked if he still keeps in touch with the Detroit legend, things got a little confusing. “There is the id and the superego, the conscious and the subconscious,” he replied. “In the subconscious world, you can speak telepathically. … In the subconscious realm, yes, Em does reach out. In the conscious realm, the last time he reached out and spoke about me was in 2009 on XXL.So once again, it depends.” See his full explanation in the video above.

The Harlem-bred rapper has been providing fans with a steady stream of music since his release from jail in early 2011, but he admitted that he’s faced some harsh criticism since then.

Eminem Collabo A ‘Bargaining Chip,’ Charles Hamilton Says

Charles Hamilton debuted his most recent mixtape, Ill Doesn’t Meen Classic, back in July, and it included the track “I Don’t Care,” with a production credit from Eminem. Hamilton tells MTV News that he actually got studio time with Em to produce the single, but the collaboration was part of a “bargaining chip” with Interscope Records.

Tony Yayo And 50 Cent’s Issues Spill Out, Game Throws Shots

9e905 50cent Tony Yayo And 50 Cents Issues Spill Out, Game Throws Shots

By Sowmya Krishnamurthy

Trouble seems to be brewing in the G-Unit camp. Last week, in an interview with XXL, 50 Cent admitted that he was not that close to his group members, Tony Yayo and Lloyd Banks, saying ‘”I actually haven’t spoke to ‘em very much. I’m to fault for that, though. I think I disabled them.”‘ The G-Unit head was also critical of Yayo and Banks’ work ethic and that sparked a chain of events.

According to 50, he initially helped both rappers but their subsequent laziness impeded their musical success. 50 shared, “I did so much for them that they don’t have a continuous work ethic. They got both of those tapes out there, but did you see any visuals? Anything? There’s certain things that the new guy is doing to create momentum or energy. They just sit there and wait. When someone works for you, you have the habit of dealing with things by not dealing with them. You may get in the regimen of coming over and doing it for them.”

Following the critique, Tony Yayo took to Twitter and said that he was the one behind G-Unit. “Who started Gunit me that’s who.” he said over the weekend. He later added, “Why would I blow shots at 50 the media want see Gunit fail so bad we won to much in front of ni—s everybody running with our format.”

Former G-Unit member, Game, joined in on the ribbing and poked fun at the situation by @replying Yayo with “uh oh, 50 gone cut off yo health benefits stop ya Vitamin water shipments u keep it up lol.”

50 Cent has been keeping busy aside from G-Unit. He’s appearing in the new documentary “How To Make Money Selling Drugs” with longtime friend Eminem. Produced by Adrian Grenier, best known as Vinny Chase from the television series “Entourage,” the film will make its international debut during the Toronto Film Festival in September 2012.
